Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network seeks an experienced RN to lead and coordinate clinical research projects in an acute care setting, ensuring patient enrollment, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.

You will educate physicians and hospital staff on study protocols, manage CRFs and source documents, support FDA/IRB interactions, and coordinate multi-department workflows with on-call responsibilities as part of a dynamic research team.

Qualifications

• RN Diploma or ADN required; BSN preferred and must be obtained within 5 years of hire.
• 3–5 years direct patient care experience required with 3 years clinical research and FDA/IRB regulations operations preferred.
• Licensed RN in Ohio with BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage start-up and implementation of study protocols and educate staff.
• Coordinate patient enrollment, follow-up, and data collection per protocol.
• Maintain CRFs and source documentation; report SAEs to IRB and sponsor.
• On-call responsibilities and training of new staff.
