Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience.
• Oncology clinical research and/or clinical trials experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to guide, mentor and support team members.
• Experience as Charge Nurse, Clinical Staff Leader (CSL) or similar leadership role.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in advancing patient care, quality outcomes and clinical research initiatives.
