Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of clinical research experience or Master’s Degree and 3 year clinical research experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide clinical implementation projects and coordinating stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Leads operational planning and execution of enterprise-wide clinical implementation focused on hypertension management in primary care.
• Supports principal investigators and Center leadership in planning grant-funded research and implementation initiatives.
• Oversees regulatory submissions, budgets, timelines, and quality control to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
• Mentors research staff and contributes to standard operating procedures and institutional policy.
