Job summary

Revival Research Institute, LLC is seeking a Physician Assistant (Associate) to serve as a Clinical Research Sub-Investigator, supporting safe, compliant conduct of trials under the Principal Investigator. The PA ensures timely medical care and proper documentation per protocol, GCP, and sponsor requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program; master’s degree or higher preferred/required.
• Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant license in each state where assigned clinical services will be performed.
• Current NCCPA certification.
• BLS; ACLS certification as applicable to study population/site.
• DEA registration and state controlled-substance authorization when required for assigned prescribing or study responsibilities.
• Two years of direct patient-care experience preferred; clinical research experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clinical assessment and protocol execution; evaluate participants per protocol criteria.
• Participant safety surveillance; recognize and escalate safety concerns.
• Source documentation and data integrity; maintain accurate, traceable records.
• Regulatory compliance; ensure informed consent, safety reporting, and protocol adherence.
• Operational reliability; manage visits, signatures, queries, and follow-up within timelines.
• Cross-functional coordination; work with clinical, regulatory, pharmacy, lab, recruitment and sponsor teams.
• Escalation and accountability; maintain clear boundaries and ownership of tasks.
