AdventHealth in Celebration, FL seeks an experienced leader to oversee clinical operations at AHRI, ensuring compliant delivery across multiple trials. You will collaborate with research services, study intake, and portfolio teams to optimize workflow, staffing, and budgets while driving participant recruitment and data integrity.

Preferred RN/CCRC background may apply; Bachelor’s is required with a Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or related field is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Experience in coordinating multiple clinical trials across therapeutic areas is expected.
• Regulatory knowledge for clinical research is required.
• Experience managing teams and staffing clinical study operations.

Responsibilities

• Develops approaches to monitor and evaluate the quality of clinical operations at AHRI.
• Manages delivery of safe care with dignity and respect for patients/participants.
• Coordinates study budgets for research projects within therapeutic areas.
• Staffing and resourcing decisions to optimize enrollment and trial execution.
• Establishes SOPs for clinical operations, training, and staff certification.
• Leads recruitment, data entry, and data management for research participants.
