Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

• Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work under pressure while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating clinical research studies.
• Assist in participant recruitment and screening for eligibility.
• Perform study procedures, data collection, and daily operations of moderate risk protocols.
• Collect, process, pack, and ship specimens per protocol.
• Maintain study binders and filings per protocol requirements.
• Distribute study materials per PI directives and monitor adverse events.
• Assist with protocol amendments and study team orientation.
• Coordinate communications with sponsor, data centers, and monitors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain mandatory training.
