Mercy Research is seeking a Clinical Research Nurse to oversee day-to-day operations of clinical trials, ensuring patient safety, regulatory compliance, and accurate data collection. • RN licensure in the applicable state
• Nursing degree (Diploma/ADN/BSN) required
• 2+ years nursing experience for BSN; 3+ years for ADN/Diploma

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage assigned clinical trials from start-up through completion.
• Conduct study feasibility assessments and support study initiation activities.
• Ensure study protocols are followed and regulatory requirements met.
• Administer investigational products and procedures per protocol.
• Recruit participants and monitor safety and data quality.
