Job summary

Boston Medical Center seeks a Clinical Research Nurse II to support the Cancer Care Admin program. You will work with the Medical Director and Administrative Director to manage patient-facing trial activities, ensure protocol adherence, and collaborate with care teams to advance study goals.

Responsibilities include recruiting patients, coordinating tests and visits, educating patients on trial requirements, and documenting findings for investigators.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Massachusetts RN license is required.
• Baccalaureate degree or higher is required/strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of research or oncology nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist PI with clinical trial protocol review and protocol development as appropriate.
• Recruit and register patients to clinical trials.
• Coordinate scheduling of laboratory and radiographic assessments, admissions and clinic visits; monitor results.
• Collaborate with CRAs and disease teams and external organizations to support trial activation and compliance.
• Provide patient and family education on trial requirements and consent; document observations and communications to investigators.
