Job summary

Methodist Health System in Dallas is seeking a Nurse Research Coordinator to support IRB-approved clinical research across Methodist Health System and its affiliates. Under the PI's direction, you will perform study-related assessments and procedures, manage a caseload, and ensure accurate data capture using EPIC/EMR systems.

The ideal candidate holds an RN or LVN license with a science degree (AA/BA/BS or higher) and at least three years of industry-sponsored research experience;

Qualifications

• Requires AA/BA/BS or higher in a science-related field.
• Minimum 3 years of industry-sponsored research experience.
• RN or LVN licensure required; board certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, monitor, and manage a caseload of patients.
• Perform study-related procedures as indicated by the protocol.
• Enter data into designated EDC system with minimal errors and address queries promptly.
• Assess patient eligibility according to protocol criteria.
• Develop data collection tools and source documentation.
• Facilitate industry-sponsored research monitoring visits and audits.
• Support the Clinical Research Institute with assigned duties.
• Possess strong EPIC/EMR knowledge and medical terminology understanding.
