You will recruit participants, educate patients, assess care per protocol, document data, and coordinate appointments.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered nursing license for Louisiana is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and the ability to research unfamiliar terms.
• Ability to perform basic nursing duties: vital signs, med reconciliation, EKG, phlebotomy.
• Strong follow-through and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels and work in a team or independently.
• Professional demeanor and familiarity with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Actively recruit participants into clinical trials with tailored strategies.
• Educate patients on medication use, administration, and disease treatments.
• Assess patients and plan nursing care per protocol treatment plans.
• Document data in patient charts to meet protocol requirements.
• Coordinate appointments and testing as required.
• Adapt to project changes within a structured environment.
