Skyelia in Parsippany-Troy Hills, New Jersey is seeking a registered nurse with oncology or clinical trial exposure to join our research team as a clinical research nurse.

You will coordinate patient care, screen and consent participants, administer treatments, collect samples, and ensure regulatory compliance, with strong communication to study staff and participants.

Formación

• BSN or higher degree required.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Prior clinical research experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Screen potential study participants and obtain informed consent prior to enrollment.
• Administer study treatments, collect samples, and monitor participants.
• Maintain documentation and assist audits and inspections.

Shift(s) available: day shift, night shift, and mid shift

Job types available: full time, part time, and per diem

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage patient care in line with protocol requirements, working closely with Principal Investigators and other healthcare professionals
• Screen potential study participants and obtain informed consent prior to enrollment in research studies Administer study treatments, collect biological samples, and monitor participants throughout the study
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including case report forms, medication logs, and adverse event report
• Collaborate with the research team to ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulations, and to prepare for audits and inspections

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience preferred
• Prior experience in a clinical research setting preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information to study participants, research staff, and stakeholders
