Manhattan Psychiatry Research Practice seeks a professional, friendly, motivated Psychiatric Nurse and Psychiatric Scales Rater and Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team in New York. Prior clinical or patient experience is required and you will work closely with patients and their families.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient care, scheduling visits, administering cognitive rating scales, assisting physicians, ensuring protocol adherence, data entry, and maintaining study

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years as a psychiatric scales rater in depression, anxiety, ADHD and mental health conditions.
• Masters in Psychology or RN with psychology/psychiatry experience.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical industry trials in the US.
• GCP and IATA knowledge; ability to ship, package and collect labs.
• Phlebotomy certification is a plus.

• Assisting physicians with completing study visit procedures.
• Ensuring adherence to individual study protocols.

• Entering study data into electronic Case Report Form.
• Perform initial telephone screenings of potential study patients.
• Maintain study-related logs and reports.

Psychiatric Nurse and Psychiatric Scales Rater and Clinical Research Coordinator

Manhattan Psychiatry Research Practice is looking for someone who is professional, friendly, motivated, and hard working. Prior clinical or patient experience is required.

Qualified applicants will:

• Has at least 2 years as a psychiatric scales rater in depression, anxiety, adhd and mental health conditions.
• Masters in Psychology or related field or an RN with psychology/psychiatry experience
• Have a professional, friendly demeanor as you will be working closely with patients and their families.
• Be organized and exhibit high attention to detail.
• Have a professional, friendly demeanor as you will be working closely with patients and their families.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of 2 years working on pharmaceutical industry trials in the US
• Able to function independently and work flexible hours
• GCP and IATA and knows how to ship, package and collects labs
• Phlebotomy certification is a plus but not required

Daily Duties Include and are not limited to:

• Coordinating patient care
• Scheduling patients for study visits; providing instructions/reminders,
• Administered recorded and non-recorded cognitive rating scales
• Assisting physicians with completing study visit procedures
• Ensuring adherence to individual study protocols
• Completion and review of patient charts/Case Report Forms for completeness and accuracy, and working to resolve inconsistencies/errors
• Entering study data into electronic Case Report Form
• Perform initial telephone screenings of potential study patients
• Maintain study-related logs and reports
