Job summary

BioTalent is seeking a Registered Nurse for Telehealth & Oncology Monitoring in the Newark/Jersey City area. The role is hybrid and part-time, starting January 2027 with 20 hours per week initially.

You will review patient blood results, identify early deterioration, educate patients via telehealth, triage concerns, and support remote monitoring as the programme expands. Prior oncology/haematology exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license with eNLC privileges required.
• Experience in oncology/haematology/infusion/acute care/telemetry or clinical research.
• Excellent patient education and communication skills.
• Experience using telehealth platforms and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

We're Interested in Speaking With Nurses Who Have

• RN licence with Multi-State Compact (eNLC) privileges
• Oncology, haematology, infusion, acute care, telemetry, or clinical research experience
• Strong patient communication and education skills
• Experience using telehealth platforms, EHR systems, or digital health technologies
• The ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
