Job summary

Elite Clinical Network seeks a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner to join as a Sub-Investigator for clinical research studies in San Diego, CA. You will support the Principal Investigator in conducting trials and provide high-quality care to participants.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed and board-certified Nurse Practitioner.
• Graduation from an accredited NP program.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Human Subjects Protection (or willingness to obtain on hire).
• Active DEA registration preferred, but not required.
• Prior clinical/research experience; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and document complete physical examinations of research participants.
• Review medical histories, laboratory results, and diagnostic tests.
• Perform minor clinical procedures, including blood collection and other protocol-related assessments.
• Administer and/or dispense investigational products per protocol with licensed oversight.
• Diagnose, assess, and treat study participants per study protocol.
• Collaborate with the PI and clinical research team to ensure GCP adherence and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor participant safety, report adverse events, and maintain proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate study-related records in compliance with sponsor and regulatory requirements.
