The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine seeks a Clinical Research Manager to plan, organize, and oversee interdisciplinary clinical research programs within the Department of Surgery. You will ensure compliance with SOPs, GCP, and FDA regulations, coordinating contracts, budgets, and sponsor communications.

Lead clinical research staff, collaborate with IRB and legal teams, and drive process improvements to advance transplant surgery research initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with relevant research experience.
• Five years of related experience in clinical research preferred.
• SoCRA/ACRP certification and IRB submission experience are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage multiple interdisciplinary clinical research programs in surgery.
• Ensure SOPs, GCP, and regulatory compliance for all studies.
• Coordinate contracts, budgets, and financial reconciliation.
• Supervise and mentor clinical research staff and researchers.
• Interact with sponsors, IRB, and regulatory bodies to submit documents.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
