Job summary

One GI® is seeking a Clinical Research Manager to lead daily operations, develop the research team, and ensure high standards of patient safety and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with physicians and sites, and overseeing trial execution from start to finish.

You will manage budgets, monitor study performance, and seek opportunities for new trials while maintaining excellent patient experiences and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree and licensure (BSN/ADN/Diploma) required.
• Minimum 2 years as Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC).
• Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Deep knowledge of FDA regulations and clinical trial standards.
• Experience with informed consent, study documentation, and regulatory standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, train, and mentor CRCs and research staff.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, workflows, and resources.
• Promote accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
• Coordinate with physicians and sites to support study execution.
• Manage trials from initiation to completion with timelines.
