Job summary

OSF HealthCare in Peoria, IL, seeks an experienced clinical research leader to manage the conduct, development and promotion of clinical research at Saint Francis Medical Center. You will work closely with Ministry Research Administration, leadership, medical staff and other providers to identify opportunities for clinical research, program grants, and trials.

You will ensure compliance, provide oversight, and liaise with industry partners and external institutions to grow clinical research

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline.
• 5+ years direct clinical research experience.
• 3+ years progressively more responsible experience in a clinical/healthcare setting.
• Experience with clinical trial and research design methodologies and oversight of sponsored as well as investigator-initiated clinical trials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the conduct, development, and promotion of clinical research at Saint Francis Medical Center.
• Collaborate with leadership, medical staff, and providers to identify opportunities for grants and trials.
• Ensure compliance, prioritizing, and providing oversight to clinical research activities at Saint Francis Medical Center and faculty of UICOMP.
• Serve as a liaison to industry partners and external agencies to grow clinical research in the community and OSF Saint Francis Medical Center.
