Job summary

ObjectiveHealth is seeking a Research Lab Technician to support clinical studies with patient-facing responsibilities in a lab setting. The role involves phlebotomy and direct patient care, data entry, and strict adherence to regulatory standards.

You will work closely with PIs, sponsors, and monitors, ensuring timely data capture, accurate study setup, and clean eSource materials across Gastroenterology, Urology, Dermatology, and Oncology areas. The position offers full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Certification such as phlebotomy or similar.
• Experience taking patient vitals.
• Ability to perform direct patient care activities (e.g. physical assessments, blood draws, ECG).
• Acute attention to detail for data entry, regulatory compliance, site visits and protocol adherence.
• Strong communication to foster relationships within the research team and with sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned studies and patients.
• Communicate promptly with leadership when questions arise or corrections are needed.
• Punctual attendance and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
