Job summary

OrganOx Limited is seeking a Clinical Research Engineer to join the US-based team in Cleveland, OH. This role focuses on gaining in-depth knowledge of OrganOx FDA-approved and investigational devices and providing technical and clinical support across IDE studies and research projects.

You will train OrganOx personnel and customers, collaborate with Development and Engineering, and assist with clinical study protocols, data collection, and regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Certified Clinical Perfusionist degree strongly preferred.
• Experience with perfusion devices and management of patients or donor organs.
• Previous experience in the medical device industry with preference for transplant and perfusion devices is desired.
• Be able to travel regularly within North America as required.
• Right to work in the USA.
• Be able to travel regularly within North America as required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Gain in-depth knowledge of OrganOx FDA approved and investigational devices and procedures.
• Serve as SME on device and procedures during IDE studies and research projects.
• Support training of OrganOx employees and customers on devices and studies.
• Develop training/ support materials for training and clinical protocols.
• Assist in development and implementation of study databases and data collection.
