Job summary

Bachelor’s degree or higher in nutrition, dietetics, nutritional sciences, or a closely related nutrition discipline.
Current RD/RDN registration through CDR is required.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments using clinical standards and guidelines.
Develop individualized care plans and provide medical nutrition therapy for diabetes, obesity, and cardiovascular disease.
Provide counseling with culturally responsive, patient-centered education.
Monitor progress and document outcomes in the EHR.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other professionals to coordinate care.
