UT MD Anderson Cancer Center seeks a Clinical Research Data Coordinator to support head & neck clinical research activities by ensuring accurate data collection, management, and reporting for clinical studies across investigators, staff, providers, and patients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in patient-facing roles, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of research protocols, data collection methods, and human subjects research.

Formación

• Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2 years related experience or none with a preferred degree.

Responsabilidades

• Abstract and collect patient data from electronic health records and other source documents.
• Ensure high-quality data management with receipt tracking, QA, data entry and query generation.
• Perform ongoing data reviews to ensure completeness and accuracy; resolve omissions.
• Assist with database coordination and study data management.
• Develop systems to control data flow and tracking tools for non-database data.
• Provide data for study progress reports, safety reports, IRB reviews, and regulatory reports.
• Create accrual and toxicity reports and assist with protocol data for statistics and manuscripts.
• Use OnCore, OneIRB and Epic to verify patient and protocol information.
• Record protocol deviations in logs and participate in monitoring and reporting activities.
