Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience required.
• Degree in computer science, data science, informatics or a comparable program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize automated radiation oncology data extraction and integration pipelines from Penn clinical systems.
• Validate extracted radiation therapy datasets, perform quality assurance, investigate discrepancies, and document corrective actions.
• Design, implement, and maintain data mappings between Penn systems, REDCap, O3 data model, and CBTN databases for AI/ML ready datasets.
• Support secure automated data transfer and interoperability between Penn, CHOP, and research infrastructure.
• Collaborate with investigators, clinical faculty, research coordinators, data scientists, and IT to support research initiatives.
