Job summary

HonorHealth Research Institute is seeking a Clinical Data Coordinator to support data collection, validation and management across inpatient and outpatient studies in accordance with FDA, ICH and GCP standards.

You will work with research staff to track study progress, prepare data reports, maintain regulatory binders, and ensure timely data entry, entry accuracy, and quality control throughout the study lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in data coordination or healthcare data environments strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; familiarity with EDC systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inpatient and outpatient studies per protocol and sponsor amendments.
• Collect, verify, and organize clinical information in case report forms.
• Maintain data quality through validation, data locks, and SAE reconciliation.
