Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s in a scientific field preferred or equivalent combo of education and experience.
• 1 year of Clinical Research Assistant/Coordinator experience.
• 1–2 years of Clinical Research experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical trial activities and ensure protocol/regulatory compliance.
• Recruit and screen participants and collect study data.
• Maintain participant privacy and data confidentiality per regulations.
• Liaise with sponsors and vendors; support site visits and audits.
• Track enrollment and site performance to meet goals.
