Job summary

Vivo Infusion in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to oversee daily study activities and coordinate trials across phase 2–4 sponsor-driven studies. You will recruit patients, coordinate procedures, and ensure protocol compliance in a fast-paced clinical setting.

The role is onsite five days a week with a 8:00am–5:00pm schedule, non-exempt status, and a compensation range of $31–$35 per hour plus a 5% annual bonus plan and strong benefits.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent is required.
  • Associate Degree or higher in the healthcare/medical field is preferred.
  • 1 year of working experience in clinical research is required.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills is required.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently or as part of a dynamic team.
  • Ability to manage a variety of protocols and tasks simultaneously with accuracy.

VIVO Infusion - Clinical Research Coordinator
San Antonio, TX

The Clinical Research team in San Antonio, TX is looking for a highly-detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator with a minimum 1 year of clinical research experience to join our collaborative team! The Clinical Research Coordinator oversees and coordinates the daily activities of various clinical research studies and collaborates on all aspects of the clinical trial process.

The clinical research department is primarily focused on phase 2, 3, and 4 pharmaceutical-sponsored trials and registries of varying disease states including rare genetic conditions.

This is an onsite position reporting 5 days a week in clinic. Only candidates within a commutable distance of the listed clinic location will be considered at this time.
Compensation
  • Pay Range: $31.00 - $35.00
  • Bonus Plan Target: 5% Annually (Based on performance)
