Job summary

Providence in California is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support day-to-day operations of multiple trials under the Medical Office Administrator. You will interface with the Principal Investigator, patients, sponsors, and the IRB to ensure timely, accurate documentation and strict adherence to GCP/ICH study protocols.

This role requires completing an accredited medical or phlebotomy training program, with preferred credentials such as a college degree and phlebotomy certification.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited medical or phlebotomy training program (or equivalent education/experience).
• Graduate of a vocational school or college.
• Biohazardous material packaging training (preferred).
• F02 AMG Clinical Trials: college degree required.
• Phlebotomy certificate upon hire (for specific department).
• 2 years in a clinical research setting; 3 years preferred.

Required Qualifications

• Coursework/Training: Completion of an accredited Medical or Phlebotomy training program, or equivalent educ/experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate of a Vocational School or college.

• F02 AMG Clinical Trials: Required to have College Degree
• Upon hire: Phlebotomy Certificate (for department SJuHMG Clinical Trials)

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Pay Range: $33.05 - $51.30
