Job summary

Medix is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to ensure compliant execution of assigned studies. You will screen and enroll participants, obtain consent, record data in EDC systems, and maintain study logs and regulatory documents.

You will also coordinate visits, collect vitals and ECGs, and manage supplies and communications with sponsors and monitors. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and with a

Qualifications

• Understanding of GCP, ICH, HIPAA, FDA regulations and SOPs.
• Experience performing basic clinical procedures is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients for study eligibility and enrollment.
• Obtain informed consent from participants.
• Coordinate and conduct follow-up visits with participants.
• Document activities in source records and EDC systems.
• Obtain vital signs and perform ECGs where required.
• Manage study supplies and regulatory documents.
• Support SAE and protocol deviation reporting to sponsors/IRBs.
