Job summary

PRISM Vision Group is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support the coordination and conduct of clinical trials under physician supervision. This full-time, exempt role focuses on patient screening, enrollment, data collection, and regulatory documentation in a fast-paced ophthalmology research environment.

Ideal candidates bring at least five years in clinical research, strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities, and are comfortable working across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a clinical or scientific field is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in a clinical or scientific field, preferably oncology.
• SoCRA or ACRP certification is preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and working with physicians is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills are essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are required.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients for protocol eligibility and discuss trial concepts with patients.
• Obtain informed consent, enroll patients, and coordinate care per protocol requirements.
• Maintain investigational drug accountability and related documentation.
• Prepare study-related documents and ensure regulatory compliance with SOPs and regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians to monitor patient condition and document findings.
• Assist with billing guides, scheduling monitoring visits, and liaising with monitors.
