Job summary

Tekton Research is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator (Full-Time/Non-Exempt/Onsite) to manage day-to-day coordination of clinical trials, ensuring GCP/FDA compliance and high-quality data integrity. You will liaise with investigators, sponsors, and participants, coordinating multiple studies in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• GCP and FDA regulatory knowledge required.
• Experience with pediatric and adult phlebotomy and specimen processing.
• Proficiency with EDC systems and study documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of assigned clinical trials from start-up through close-out.
• Recruit, screen, consent, and schedule study participants per protocol.
• Collect, process, package, and ship laboratory specimens per protocol and sponsor requirements.
• Maintain source documentation, regulatory binders, and study records per GCP and FDA regulations.
• Monitor participant safety and report adverse events.
• Prepare IRB submissions, continuing reviews, and protocol amendments.
• Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, monitors, and study staff for successful study conduct.
• Assist with monitoring visits, sponsor audits, and regulatory inspections.
• Use EDC and CTMS to maintain accurate study data.
• Ensure protocol compliance and high standards of participant care and research integrity.
