Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0-3 years of experience in the medical field.
• Knowledge of Federal regulations protecting human subjects in research.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• Effective communication in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of patient involvement from study initiation to completion.
• Organize research information for clinical trials.
• Observe subjects and assist with data analysis and reporting.
• Schedule data collection activities.
• Document adverse events and protocol deviations as required.
• Report research data to maintain quality and compliance.
• Perform regulatory duties related to the study.
• Educate potential participants and caregivers on protocol details.
• Assist with safety and efficacy assessments per protocol.
