Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a clinical research field.
• Strong communication and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Excel and willingness to learn new systems.
• Phlebotomy certification or equivalent within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day study protocol tasks including recruitment, screening, enrollment and follow-up under supervision.
• Communicate with subjects, clinicians, and staff to support trial administration.
• Perform data entry of clinical, billing and study data; maintain organized research files.
• Prepare reports, audit materials, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Coordinate fiscal transactions related to the study and participant compensation.
• Maintain safety protocols and assist with regulatory and compliance activities.
• Use reporting tools to track progress and communicate issues to the team.
• Mentor students and supervise lab research tasks as needed.
