Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years coordinating clinical trials.
• Independent site management experience.
• 3 years total experience in coordinating clinical trials with increasing complexity (in lieu of a degree)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the study including recruitment, consent, screening, scheduling, tracking, and providing study updates to participants.
• May collect and enter data into case report forms and EDC systems and respond to queries.
• Submit or partner to submit study documents to the IRB with increasing autonomy.
• Ensure documentation complies with institutional, local, state, and federal regulations.
• Verify data against source documentation for accuracy and audit readiness.
• May collect, process, and ship potentially biohazardous specimens.
• Administer complex tests and provide protocol-specific education to participants.
• Provide ongoing study status updates to PI, administrator, stakeholders, sponsor, and compliance.
• Organize auditing and monitoring visits.
• Monitor protocol deviations and SAEs and report findings as required.
• Collaborate with PI, sponsor, compliance, staff, and management to improve study processes.
• Provide oversight, training, and coaching to staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
