Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of related experience.
• Senate Bill 1310: Substitution of Work Experience for Postsecondary Education Requirements and related guidance.
• Related work experience may not substitute for any required licensure, certification, or registration required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and manages the resources necessary to achieve clinical research project goals at a single site.
• Coordinates and performs patient clinical assessments for trial visits, including scheduling with vendors and other departments.
• Communicates as a site representative with study sponsors, third-party vendors, clinical teams and patients to ensure protocol elements are completed.
• Ensures site compliance with research protocols; reviews case report forms and audits against source documents; attends site monitoring meetings.
• Manages site research project databases, develops flowsheets and other study documents, and completes source documents.
• May provide guidance to other clinical research staff and support personnel.
• Performs data entry and query resolution during each trial.
• Serves as a resource for internal and external customers regarding clinical research processes at the site.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
