Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred for CRC II.
• CRC III requires Bachelor’s in a related field with 1 year of experience, or a Master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Study Conduct/ Clinical Research Practice - assist in coordinating studies and prepare protocols, consents, amendments and documents for IRB review.
• Regulatory Compliance and Documentation - assemble materials, maintain records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Recruitment/Enrollment/Retention - monitor study status, identify eligible participants, coordinate visits and reimbursements.
• Communication - organize correspondence, coordinate with investigators, sponsors and study team, and engage participants.
• Data Management - complete CRFs, ensure data accuracy, and address data queries.
