Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and one year research experience required.
• Combination of education and/or experience may be considered in lieu of the degree when related to duties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and manages initiation and regulatory compliance of clinical research studies, including IRB and sponsor review.
• Manages study documents and regulatory binders with adherence to protocols.
• Coordinates visits, site qualifications, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits.
• Collects specimens, records data, and conducts literature searches; supports QA/QC procedures.
• Engages participants, conducts informed consent, coordinates reimbursement, confirms eligibility, serves as patient liaison.
• Manages supplies and inventory, prep of lab kits and requisitions.
• Tracks grants and deliverables deadlines.
• Prepares abstracted and coded data; develops data dictionaries.
• Participates in investigator meetings and represents research findings at meetings/conferences.
• Assists with invoicing and billing; supports financial aspects of studies.
