Job summary

Velocity Clinical Research is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II to manage multiple trials from startup to closeout. You will ensure adherence to protocol, GCP, and Velocity SOPs while coordinating regulatory documents and site activities.

Responsibilities include recruitment, data entry, adverse event reporting, vendor management, and collaboration with sponsors, CROs, and the Clinical Research Team to maintain study timelines and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years relevant life science experience or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree with 4+ years relevant experience in life sciences.
• High School diploma/technical degree with 6+ years relevant life science experience plus 1 year coordinator experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage clinical trials per study protocol and GCP.
• Coordinate trials including start up, recruitment, reporting, and closeout.
• Manage data, regulatory documents, and sponsor communications.
• Apply project management to assess risk and improve quality.
• Communicate professionally with team, sponsors, CROs, and vendors.
• Ensure data is entered timely and queries resolved.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and sponsor information.
• Follow protocol, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with drug preparation, phlebotomy, ECG, and lab processing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
