Job summary

The Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Inc. is seeking a clinical research support professional to assist with patient recruitment, data collection, scheduling, and patient visits across studies at Mass General Brigham.

You will perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and help manage study data and QA/QC activities. Working under established protocols, you will help determine subject suitability, prepare reports, and support study teams including PIs and research staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to work more independently and as a team member.
• Computer literacy and analytical skills to resolve technical problems.
• Ability to interpret data results and assess data quality.
• Working knowledge of data management programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting and consenting patients for studies.
• Collect, organize, and maintain study data and files.
• Schedule patients for study visits and administer basic tests (phlebotomy, EKGs).
• Perform data analysis, QA/QC checks, and assist with reports and presentations.
• Contribute to recruitment strategies and protocol recommendations.
• Support training and orientation of new staff as needed.
