This role involves assisting with study coordination, data management, and participant interaction under direct supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesSupports the implementation of approved research protocolsEnsures studies are conducted in compliance with the approved protocol, Good Clinical Practice guidelines, applicable regulatory requirements, SHC policies and standardsResponsible for tracking all aspects of projects including all study, investigator and IRB information, patient recruitment activity and financial managementCoordinates the collection, statistical analysis and dissemination of data results throughout a clinical studySafeguards all participants involve din a research study support and approved by the organizationFacilitates the local site's research programs and projects through collaborative, timely communication and teamworkRequired Qualifications3 or more years Clinical research experience, e.g. experience with site management, study management, IRBs, and federal regulations regarding clinical research compliance is requiredPreferred QualifcationsBachelors degree in clinical research, science or other healthcare related field preferredMaster’s degree in clinical research, science or other healthcare related field preferredCompensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
