Job summary

Washington University in St. Louis seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator to assist investigators across multiple studies, coordinating all study phases and liaising with the school, sponsors, and participants.

You will manage protocol requirements, assess participant progress, obtain informed consent, and ensure timely completion of study activities, including data collection and adverse event reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
• Basic Life Support certification is required.
• No specific work experience is required for this position.
• Clinical research knowledge and ability to manage protocol activities are expected.

Responsibilities

• Implements and manages all phases of study/protocol and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Recruit(s) and enroll participants and determine eligibility.
• Obtain informed consent and explain procedures to participants and families.
• Schedule and manage assessments, tests, and lab procedures to meet protocol timelines.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate study findings to investigators and sponsors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
