Job summary

The University of Miami Health System is seeking a full-time Clinical Research Coordinator 1 to support studies on the UHealth campus. You will conduct chart reviews, assist with enrollment, and coordinate study activities including data collection, scheduling, and visit planning.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 1 year of experience; bilingual English/Spanish is highly desired, and phlebotomy certification is preferred or expected within 30 days of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desired.
• Phlebotomy certification highly desired, or completion of a formal Phlebotomy training program within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs chart review/pre-screening for eligibility and coordination of simple protocols.
• Maintains enrollment procedures according to the protocol.
• Coordinates routine activities of clinical studies including data collection and study visits.
• Performs moderate to complex research tests under supervision.
• Observes and informs the PI of adverse events and reports per protocol.
• Follows regulatory requirements and maintains study-specific regulatory binders.
