Job summary

ObjectiveHealth in Maryland is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I to support IRB-approved trials, identify and screen patients, enroll participants, and conduct clinic visits with a patient-centered approach.

The role requires attention to data entry accuracy, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with PIs, sponsors, monitors, and the research team to improve patient outcomes and trial success.

Qualifications

• Certification such as MA or phlebotomy required or preferred.
• Experience with IRB-approved clinical trial protocols: screening, randomization, enrollment.
• Direct patient care: consenting, blood draws, ECG, medication administration.
• Accurate data entry and regulatory compliance in study visits.
• Excellent communication and ability to coordinate with research teams.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned studies and patients.
• Screen, enroll, and conduct clinic visits per protocol.
• Maintain eSource data and regulatory documents.
• Coordinate with PIs, sponsors, monitors, and sites.
• Ensure protocol adherence and timely study activities.
