Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I to advance cancer trials. You will interact with patients, enroll and educate participants, and help ensure trials run safely and on schedule across a multidisciplinary team.

The role offers hybrid work after a 90-day training period. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and CCRP/CCRC is a plus; relocation assistance may be provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in scientific, health-related or business administration with 1 year relevant clinical or research experience.
• In lieu of bachelor’s degree, an Associate’s degree with 2 years relevant experience.
• CCRP/CCRC or equivalent credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care by collaborating with medical staff and documenting per standards with supervisor guidance.
• Serve as liaison between investigators, regulatory staff and sponsor.
• Screen, enroll, and follow study subjects with protocol compliance and close monitoring.
• Handle data and source documentation and adverse event reporting.
• Perform diverse administrative duties requiring judgment and knowledge of study protocol.
• Work under supervision to implement and coordinate research activities.
