Job summary

Flourish Research in San Antonio is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support Phase I–IV trials, ensuring protocol adherence and impeccable participant experiences. The role includes informed consent, data entry, specimen handling, and collaboration with investigators and sponsors.

Qualifications include a degree (preferred), phlebotomy experience, 1+ year CRC experience, and strong knowledge of ICH/FDA/GCP, with excellent communication, organization, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Phlebotomy experience required; EKG or other patient labs/processes preferred.
• 1+ year experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator preferred.
• Familiar with e‑source reporting via electronic platform.
• Understanding of ICH, FDA, and GCP regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with PI, team, sponsors/CROs, subjects, and referrals.
• Ethical, detail‑oriented, self-driven mindset.
• High‑level critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and lab procedures.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Obtain study participant informed consent.
• Execute study protocol procedures in a detailed, organized manner.
• Perform lab draws and processing, and package specimen shipments.
• Create and complete study source documents and adverse event reporting.
• Maintain study‑specific files and supplies.
• Communicate with Sponsor/CRO regarding study questions.
• Participate in site visits from Sponsors/CROs and monitoring visits.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
