Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience obtaining vital signs, phlebotomy, ECGs and processing lab specimens.
• Solid site operations knowledge and understanding of the drug development process.
• CRC I/CRC II level experience at a clinical investigative site.
• Strong communication and meticulous documentation skills.
• Proficiency with CTMS, eCRFs and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trials across multiple therapeutic areas from patient recruitment to regulatory documentation.
• Assist with informed consent processes, site audits and essential trial activities.
• Maintain accurate trial documentation and work closely with investigators and monitors.
• Support junior staff and contribute to internal training initiatives.
