Job summary

knownwell is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to manage clinical trials from recruitment to data collection. You will ensure GCP compliance, maintain study documentation, and act as a liaison with participants and sponsors.

The role combines on-site clinic duties with remote coordination to support obesity care initiatives. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in clinical research, certifications in GCP/BLS/IATA, and strong organizational and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing or related field; CCRC certification and/or master’s degree preferred.
• GCP, BLS, IATA, and CSSR certifications (or willingness to acquire).
• 3+ years in clinical research; 2+ years in independent trial management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of clinical trials, including patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment.
• Schedule and oversee patient visits, ensuring timely data collection per protocol.
• Oversee site initiation, monitoring, closeout, and equipment calibration.
• Maintain study documentation including CRFs and consent forms.
• Report adverse events (AEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs) promptly.
• Manage receipt, shipment, and storage of study drugs and samples.
