Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0-1 year of related work experience required.
• Medical terminology.
• Working knowledge of computer systems including web-based applications and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Independently or with other staff, recruit and enroll subjects onto clinical research projects according to study protocols.
• Check eligibility criteria with medical records and verify information with study team.
• Discuss informed consent with subjects and assist with scheduling and follow-up tests.
• Learn protocol requirements and monitor adherence to protocols by staff and subjects.
• Extract data from records to complete case report forms and enter data into CRF systems.
• Assist with obtaining insurance approval and scheduling tests/admissions for subjects.
• Assist investigator with correspondence with IRB.
• May assist in other areas/clinics as needed for clinical research studies.
