Job summary

Memorial Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to work under the Principal Investigator across multiple studies, ensuring GCP compliance and adherence to FDA/OHRP and local regulations.

You will educate staff on protocols, screen and enroll participants, manage data, coordinate procedures, train teams, and assist with audits and regulatory documentation to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience or equivalent clinical trial experience.
• 1-2 years of research activities with ICH, FDA and OHRP regulations, IND, SAE.
• MS Word, Excel, Outlook, EMR experience required.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Clinical Research Certification CCRC/CCRP preferred, not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in health/science or business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen, recruit, consent, enroll and monitor participants per protocol.
• Coordinate activities to minimize risk and ensure participant safety.
• Prepare, process and ship biological samples per IATA requirements.
• Maintain regulatory documents and data capture systems.
• Communicate with participants, PI, sponsors and IRB to ensure compliance.
• Assist in site activations and regulatory audits.
• Provide staff training and support protocol coverage and quality control.
