Job summary

SQRL is seeking a motivated Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) with 2+ years of site experience to coordinate trials, perform phlebotomy and ECGs, and ensure timely, compliant documentation. You’ll support recruitment, data entry, and regulatory compliance across multiple sites.

The role is on-site in Southfield, MI, with Monday–Friday schedules and great benefits. This fast-paced team offers growth opportunities in a expanding site network and exposure to diverse therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a CRC at a research site.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, GCP/ICH guidelines.
• Strong documentation and data entry skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple sites and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of assigned clinical trials
• Perform study procedures such as phlebotomy, ECGs, and sample processing
• Conduct subject visits and ensure accurate, timely documentation in compliance with all applicable standards
• Maintain compliance with protocols, GCP/ICH guidelines, FDA regulations, IRB requirements, and SOPs
• Manage subject recruitment, informed consent, and retention activities
• Ensure timely EDC data entry and resolution of queries
• Report and follow up on AEs, SAEs, and protocol deviations
• Collaborate with investigators, sponsors/CROs, labs, and internal teams
• Prepare for and participate in monitoring visits, audits, and inspections
• Maintain regulatory documentation and ensure training compliance for amendments and systems
• Maintain working knowledge of protocols, lab manuals, equipment calibration, and inventory
