Alianza Health Partners seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator to drive multi-site studies in Puerto Rico, ensuring regulatory compliance and a positive participant experience.
You will support enrollment, scheduling, retention, and documentation while collaborating with physicians, sponsors, and CRO partners in a bilingual environment. This role is San Juan-based with travel across Puerto Rico.
Coordinate clinical research studies across Alianza's expanding CRO operations in Puerto Rico, ensuring compliance, sponsor success, and a strong participant experience.
As a Clinical Research Coordinator at Alianza Health Partners, you are the operational backbone of studies that bring novel therapies and medical innovation directly to patients across Puerto Rico. Your work translates regulatory rigor into real participant experiences—the screening call that explains a trial in a patient’s preferred language, the consent conversation that respects their autonomy, and the meticulous documentation that gives sponsors confidence in the data we generate together.
Alianza’s Clinical Research Organization sits inside a bilingual, technology-enabled primary care network—an unusually integrated environment for research. You will work alongside physicians who already know the participants, supported by EMR/EHR data and a centralized coordination team. Studies move faster here because the infrastructure for recruitment, scheduling, and follow-up already exists. What you bring is the GCP discipline, sponsor-facing professionalism, and on-the-ground coordination that turn that infrastructure into successfully executed trials.
This role is San Juan-based with approximately 30% travel across Puerto Rico, supporting Alianza clinics and affiliated partner sites. You will become deeply familiar with the operational rhythm of multi-site research on the island and play a direct role in expanding which communities have access to clinical trials.
Alianza is investing aggressively in clinical research as a pillar of its value-based care model. Coordinators who demonstrate strong performance have pathways into lead coordinator roles, regulatory affairs, and research operations leadership as our CRO footprint expands across the Americas. We support continuing education, certification (CCRC, CCRP), and professional development for our research team.
