Role Description The Clinical Research Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Omaha Metropolitan Area. This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of assigned clinical trials, including participant screening, recruitment, and scheduling, as well as managing informed consent and ensuring adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and documenting study data, overseeing study visits and procedures, maintaining accurate source documents, and updating electronic databases. The coordinator collaborates with investigators, site staff, sponsors, and CROs to support efficient study startup, timely enrollment, and high-quality data. Additional responsibilities include monitoring participant safety, reporting adverse events, supporting audits and monitoring visits, and contributing to continuous improvement of site workflows.
